The Process

When you are ready to take the first step and to start work on your new venture get in touch and let’s have a chat.

Introduction
First an informal chat about your project and what you want to achieve. On the phone or in person if you are local to Leigh or situated in the North West.
Proposal
Next I will send you a written proposal. This will include a quote for the work based upon the project objectives and my services.
Brief
This involves me asking lots of questions so I am able to get a detailed understanding of your company, your ethos and the specific requirements of your project. I will then put our agreement into a contract.
Work
I will then reflect on our conversations and complete my research. Using all the information you’ve supplied, my own reseach and knowledge and a little wizardry I will create a first draft.
Feedback
The completed draft will then be sent to you for review and hopefully you will love it. If any amendments need to happen then we will work together to make revisions until the top-notch final-copy is complete.

The overall cost for the work depends upon the length and complexity of the brief.  After our initial consultation I will be able to provide a quote upon the information you have supplied.

As soon as I have a solid idea of the project requirements I will be happy to give you an estimated time of completion.  Don’t delay get in touch today, the sooner we get started then the sooner your plans will become reality.

I also provide proofreading, editing and polishing services. 

Proofreading and editing may just involve correcting any spelling and grammar errors and also formatting errors.  To polish your work would probably involve rewriting parts to encourage cohesion and flow to your project and to ensure that it makes sense and reads in the best possible way.

I provide an initial quote for all jobs: a fee agreed in advance based on the length and complexity of the project.  In the main part I charge per page, prices varying upon content, style and word count.  Any unusual or complex projects can be discussed and priced on an individual basis.

I always do my utmost to accommodate your time pressures and I never miss a deadline. Of course, the earlier you get in touch, the more time I can devote to your project.
